Extruded Aluminum Trim 

New to CutsMetal is a second diamond plate trim option, our aluminum extruded trim system.  Inside and outside corners, seam covers and top trim all engineered for use with our aluminum diamond plate or stucco embossed sheets.  Each lineal shape is 48” with a manufactured edge for a seamless and clean look. We carry each extruded aluminum trim in the bright polished, mill finish and each of the painted colors (except for glacier gray).

These extruded aluminum trim pieces will fit our .025, .045 and .063 diamond plate and are suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. These metal laminate extruded aluminum trim channels are manufactured right here in the USA!

Top Trim – Extruded J Channel that will work as either a top trim or where a wall ends and you don’t need a corner.  The long part of the “J” slides behind your sheet and adheres with your contractors adhesive.  The short part of the “J” lays over your diamond plate edge and is 3/8” wide.

Seam Cover – Extruded H channel is used where you have 2 sheets meeting on a straight line. The ends of your sheet nest into the “H” to hide your seam.  The long sides slide behind your sheets leaving the shorter side as your finished look. The finished face is 3/8” in width.

Inside and Outside Corners – Extruded aluminum sheet corners are for where 2 sheets meet in a corner. The inside corner has the finished sides on the inside of the 90 degree angle.  The outside corner would have the finished sides on the outside of the 90 degree angle (270 degree angle). Each aluminum corner trim has one long edge that slides behind your sheet and is adhered with the contractors’ adhesive. The finished look on the corners are 3/8” x 3/8”.
