If there is a problem with your order, please notify us in writing immediately at info@cutsmetal.net.  We ship fast, so don’t delay. 

Return Policy

There are no returns allowed for custom cut aluminum diamond plate / diamond plate sheets and other materials.  Returns will be honored for all other orders as long as we receive the materials back within 30 days from date of purchase in good condition.  You are responsible for all shipping costs to return items.  Once materials have been verified to be in re-sellable condition, we will refund you the material cost only.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damage Claims

All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for shortages or damages immediately.  All damage or shortage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of materials.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer service is extremely important to us.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please, before you install, let us know right away if you are unhappy. Once you have installed the product, we are unable to determine when the damage occurred and will not be able to replace or refund materials.

Shipping Aluminum Diamond Plate Sheets & Other Materials

Stock items ship out from our shop within one business day of receiving the order by Fedex Ground unless other arrangements are made in writing.  We only ship Monday through Friday, so an order placed from Friday through Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.  Custom order time lines are quoted individually.  If we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours.

All aluminum diamond plate and other materials that are .024 - .030 thickness are rolled and boxed for shipment.  All shipping fees are non –refundable, so make sure that you are ordering the correct grade when placing orders.
